ASCENSION
This is the artist’s first series and it explores his fascination with the concept of ascension, as part of his spiritual journey.
STEP INTO GALAXY II,
VERSION II
Mixed Media on Canvas | 47 x 95 In
‘Step Into Galaxy II’ was originally created with pencil on paper as part of the artist’s first series, Ascension. It is the artist’s foray into the exploration of the cosmos, a grasp at the boundless infinity. It depicts his intergalactic travel through the Sirius star system in the Canis Major. It has two main stars, Sirius A and Sirius B, which is also known as In and Na. Each version, remade on canvas, represents the same journey - akin to snapshots taken of an object over different time periods. However, the differences in each version also captures the artist’s frame of mind at the time of its creation.

DREAMING BIRTh
Mixed Media on Canvas | 50 x 50 In
The quest to achieve the highest version of oneself is at the heart of this painting. Right before the soul enters the body, according to the artist, we are imbued with the knowledge of our highest selves. Upon entering the womb, we forget everything, starting a process in which we must try and align ourselves to that highest version of ourselves. What we are has already been dreamt, before we were even born.
FLOW
Mixed Media on Canvas | 72 x 72 In
The state of flow is achieved when the mind and the body perform at the highest level in synchrony. This can manifest as a musician composing a beautiful symphony or an athlete accomplishing an high endurance feat. It is a state where one can dive deep into focus and become highly efficient as well as achieve goals without being fully conscious as to how this harmonic state came to be. This piece is the artist's representation of what a state of flow might look like.
EMERGE
Mixed Media on Canvas | 72 x 72 In
In this piece, the artist continues to explore the theme of equilibrium, both on a cosmic scale, as well as something that is more intrinsic to us. On one level, it is getting to understand the concept of balance in the third dimension, and then moving forward and coming out as the real you. He also incorporates symbols such as the Vesica Piscis. Caduceus (the emblem of archangel Raphael) and Metatron's Cube.
SHADOW BATTLE
MIXED MEDIA ON CANVAS(triptych) | 18 X 18 IN each
The elemental conflict and resolution of the light clashing with the dark is on display in this piece, through the illustration of shadow dragons battling in space. While in the popular anime Dragon Ball Z, such dragons are categorised as evil, the artist rejects this tenet. Here, they are progressive beings, intertwining their unique energies with space, and all that it encompasses.
EVOLUTION
MIXED MEDIA ON CANVAS | 72 X 96 IN
Creation cannot occur with mere order or just chaos. True evolution, according to the artist, is when form and order converge with chaos, as depicted in this painting. From this union comes nothing, as well as everything.
FIFTH DENSITY
MIXED MEDIA ON CANVAS | 72 X 72 IN
In this piece, density refers to the vibrational frequency of one’s atomic structure. A quartz crystal, for example, is a living yet inanimate object, making it part of the first density. Human beings — who are self aware and possess an ego that separates them and makes them an individual — vibrate in the third density. In the fourth density we become aware that we are others, and others are us, yet our ego keeps us separated. In the fifth density, we let go of this ego and realise we are not only part of the universe but the universe is in us as well, as depicted in the painting.
